OBUXUM is a Somali-Canadian producer and beatmaker who blends dance music styles. A performative artist, she has drawn raves for her live shows. Her latest EP H.E.R is part of The Metaphor Series that explores resistance and feminism.
Kiyoya Amoah possesses an incredible voice that stands above his R&B contemporaries. “Rendezvous With Medusa” shows off his amazing range as the tension builds up, then brings it down to a slow fade. This is an emerging voice that demands to be heard.
