Zuze

Zuze is a 10-piece folk-jazz band from Toronto. Artistically rooted in the pop/folk melodies of Iran but limited to nothing. The sound is a confluence of textures: percussion, wind, brass, and string. Elements of hip-hop, jazz mugham, and afrobeat, meld toward a multidimensional identity reflective of the city which created it.
