This Halloween, enter Annie-Claude Deschêne’s dystopic discotheque and shed the social codes of politeness. Somewhere between post-punk and synth-pop comes Montreal’s leader of independent music, here to extract your darker side. C’est de l’art de la performance!
Joining the lineup is no trick, just Absolute Treat! Formerly known as Dilettante, this vocal duo turned six-piece band has refined their dynamic sound, delivering the polish and energy of seasoned pop powerhouses. Rounding out the on-stage lineup, gender-bashers Precious Jewel bring their elaborate performance to the Wavelength stage, seamlessly blending live vocals and electronics.
We’re extending the celebrations with a late night dance party! DJ Uncle Chayne will be bringing bewitching tunes, playing party starters, party finishers and everything in between. Expect spooky decor by your favourite Wavelength visual artists, a licensed bar by Great Lakes Brewery and tasty treats from Moonmilk, with costumes highly encouraged.
NO COVER AFTER 11:30PM!
