Wavelength’s 26th Birthday!

Happy 26th Birthday to Wavelength!

On February 13th, 2000 we had our very first show: Mean Red Spiders + Neck at Ted’s Wrecking Yard. This now defunct venue made an appearance at our Halloween graveyard, which honoured many of our homes over the past 26 years.

We spent all of 2025 celebrating our silver anniversary, and are thrilled to wrap things up with a bow by presenting our first-ever Wavelength Music Festival + Conference next month!

Wavelength grew out of the “think globally, act locally” ethos of the ‘90s, and our upcoming lineup still embodies that a quarter-century later. Come celebrate our diverse, vibrant local music community with groundbreaking artists from around the world:
