Camp Wavelength 2018 – A Big Thank You!!

A big thank you to everyone who came to summon the spirit of summer camp with us at Camp Wavelength 2018!

Our new friends at Fort York welcomed us in to their space, and we were blessed with sunny skies all weekend long. Artist Roxanne Ignatius brought the site to life with her creative DIY decor, and our guest installation artists animated Garrison Common with creativity and whimsy. The vibes were chill as festival attendees spent the day relaxing under the shade, playing frisbee with Chad VanGaalen, checking out the BUNZ flea zone, participating in games, and listening to some tunes.

As the sun set,  the festival lit up with psychedelic projections from General Chaos Visuals, and the crowd began to form around the stage for the evening performances. SUUNS and TOPS held a captivated audience Saturday night while YAMANTAKA // SONIC TITAN brought an electrifying rock show to the stage Sunday night. Chad VanGaalen closed out the festival on Sunday with a stunning set amongst sparklers in the crowd. And then the good times continued at our after-parties both nights at Super Wonder Gallery, sponsored by Tweed.

Toronto’s urban weekend getaway wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support of all our volunteers, sponsors, funders, and awesome community. Thanks again for an incredible weekend, Campers, we’ll see you next time!

Thanks to NOW for the NNNN review!
